"Default" buttons are usually to be avoided in GUI design...

GTK key themes are really a gtk thing, it should be kept as long as GTK
supports this.

Removing all keybindings from the window manager would be a mistake. Key
bindings are just like shortcuts in apps (like Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V, Ctrl-X,
etc) It could be removed if replaced by a key manager that would use
EWMH hints to manage the window ops though.

What is to be removed is the key shortcuts for launching apps (ie
Alt+F2=xfrun  Alt+Ctrl+Suppr=xflock, etc)

Wrong, I made a separate reply for this one. What is to be made is save 
conf to different files per display+screen (ie xfce4rc.0.0, xfce4rc.1.1 etc)
