Bug report: Personal keythemes not currently working but docs say they do + PATCH

No bug here.

key themes should named keythemerc and placed in a directory in $HOME/.themes/xfwm4/ with the extension ".keys"

e.g.

$HOME/.themes/xfwm4/mytest.keys/keythemerc

will show up as mytest.keys in the list of available key themes.
