It is very nice feature to have it open under the mouse pointer.  It makes it
easier to access.  

I would go for having it remember the last place it was when it was closed and
always opening there, if that could be done w/out too much work.  ( I think
Sawfish has that option for all windows.)

I know that is a feature request for post 4.0.0 but is it even possible with
XFce4?
