split up xfce4-toys?

Well, to be honest I don't see people standing in line writing xfce toys
at them moment. And it just feels strange to only bundle two minor
components while everything else is separate. Something like
xfce4-extra-plugins would work a lot better to reduce the number of
tarballs.
However, I don't really care too much, just thought I'd bring it up ;-)
