Uhh...I'm guessing you've been upgrading your Red Hat, right? That is
because if you read the RH 9 Release Notes you will see:
The following packages have been removed from Red Hat Linux 9:
...
fortune-mod — Unclear copyright status
And, in the Severn release notes, there is no mention of fortune-mod
being back.
Thus, xfce4-tips will bork on all new RH 9+ installations, no matter
what a user does. Unless you want to distribute fortune-mod with Xfce4,
a different program will be needed.
