i18n issues

Hi all;

Now that the catalan translation of the po files is up-to-date
and I was thinking to start the traslation of the
xfxxx/doc/C/* files, are they up-to-date?

Another questions, the etc/xfce4/menu.xml (used in
xfdesktop/src/menu.c) and etc/xfce4/xfce4rc may be LANG
dependents? then they wolud be translatable and then installed
in etc/xfce4/C, etc/xfce4/de, etc/xfce4/ca ... Some hacking in
the xfdesktop code and xfce4-panel should be done, but I don't
know how to do it :-(
