Dumb Question: RHN Applet

[The Matt]

I was just wondering where the best place in xinitrc is to put an
rhn-applet-gui command (that little check/exclamation applet thing). 
I'd guess it's after the panel is launched, but there is that rather fun
if block there and I didn't want to screw anything up.

Sorry for the stupid question, but I figured better safe than sorry.
