panel with window decorations

Hey all, Olivier,

I just got this report on IRC, I don't know what could cause it. This is
someone who is running an Alpha EV56 with debian unstable, XFree86
4.2.1, GTK 2.2.2. He is using the preliminary rc2 deb packages based on
my tarballs.

I thought it might be a gtk bug, but I'm really not sure. Attached is
the xprop output on the panel. I couldn't see anything obviously wrong.
I only noticed that the motif hints were different that they were on my
panel.

Any ideas?
