Display settings plugin (Xrandr, Xxf86vm)

Hey,

I've just hacked toghether a new MCS plugin (will be in 4.2) that
allows you to change the resolution/rate of your root window (this
requires Xrandr support) and the gamma settings (this requires Xxf86vm
support). You can grab the modified xfce-mcs-plugins package here:
