patch to fix xfwm4's de.po translation mistake

Hello,

in the advanced options for xfwm4 are same translations for both moving 
the mouse out of the screen and dragging a window out of the screen. 
this patch fixes that.

i am a n00b with diff, i have used
diff -Naur de.po.orig de.po > patch-<package_name>-<problem>.diff

so if thats wrong or something please let me know, i may find something 
else and i wanna commit good stuff for a good desktop environment.
