mouse plugin

Hi all,

Due to popular demand (ok, not so popular, just one who keeps
insisting...), I've changed the mouse plugin so that it retrieves the
server defaults and use it as first run values.

To avoid problem during the update from the previous version
(denominator was 3, it's now 1 on xfree86 at least, so the previous
values would make the mouse go three times faster with that new plugin),
the values are reset to server defaults when upgrading to the new
plugin. Everything is magic, err, automatic, no user intervention
required.

I hope that will also fix the problem with buggy mouse drivers, but this
I don't know...

For the impatient, you can get a tarball here:

Cheers,
