Session control window without decoration

Hello,

following problem: If I double click on the icon in systray for
session-control, then the window sometimes appears without decoration.
This happens most times when I switched to a "new" desktop, i.e. switch
to desktop 4 then double click on the icon -> no decoration.

Should be fixed before release in my opinion.
