French development page outdated

[Bruno Dusausoy]

Hi,

I think the french development page
(http://www.xfce.org/fr/developers_fr.html) is outdated because it is
said on it that you use the SourceForge bug tracking system, but someone
on irc told me it is not true anymore.
Can you please fix it ?
