KDE tray icon support

Evening everybody,

I spent some time on this *weird* KDE tray icon "protocol" and I
think, I got it working finally (though it'd be easier with support
from the window manager in the future). I'd like everybody to test the
following patch. If there are no big problems, we could maybe include
it with 4.0:
