Ok, I added it to xfprint. In order to use rlpr instead of lp/lpr,
you'll have to set the environment variable XFPRINT_USE_RLPR to "1".
If you do not set this variable, lp/lpr will be used, so nobody else
will be affected by this change.

It'll be available in about 24hrs (if SF finally decides to let me
commit the stuff!).
