rc1 release process starting

Ok, first mirror up at:

	ftp://ftp.unix-ag.org/user/bmeurer/xfce4/rc1/

I put the separate modules in a separate/ sub directory. I suggest all
other mirrors to do it as well. So users can decide whether to fetch
the "official fat tarball" or the separate modules.
