request to add battmon to CVS

hey guys,

xfce4-battmon is a panel plugin that shows battery status. The
author has currently no space to put it up. I thought it would be nice
to have in our CVS.

Someone else suggested we may have too many plugins in CVS already. What
is your opinion?


For now the tarball is up on my site. You can get it here:

It now has ACPI support and should also work with *BSD.
