xinerama issue on rpm

When I make that libXinerama.so according libxfcegui4's README, 
make rpm work,build xinerama enabled version ok. but rpm packages then
require libXinerama.so, file that ain't on rpmdb. so has anyone made up
a rpm package that 'provides' that libXinerama.so file? I looked on
net,and it shouldn't be so hard (if you know how, I don't) ?

or is there anymore necessary to make that .so file for xinerama in
xfce4?
