Review of xfce4 and interview with developers

	I got a go ahead from LWN to do a review of xfce4 and an interview of
the developers for (hopefully) next weeks issue.  It would be a good bit
of PR, especially if (sorry, I mean "when") 4.0 is released next week. 
The plan is to meet on irc at 1600 GMT Sunday the 13th.  I will capture
the chat and do any cleaning up that might be needed then email it to
the participants for their review.  I haven't confirmed this yet but I
would guess that LWN would like first right of publication on this so we
should try and keep this as close to the vest as we can.  In the mean
time, if there are any questions that members of the xfce community
might have WRT xfce4 and/or the developers please email them to me.
