Error compiling on Solaris

I had the check for setenv() in configure, but forget to modify the
code :-). Please try the updated 0.0.22 tarball.

Your critism is very much appricated. It helps us getting xfce4 to
work on solaris. But of course, code contributions are even more
welcome :-)
