Pending for 4.0 are 4 items:
-Hot keys not working in the remove dialog
-Missing keyboard shortcuts for sorting
-Bookmarks with identical names and different paths is not good
-Menu items unselecting themselves when monitor enabled

The problem is that every time I sit down to fix one, I get drawn to
something more interesting and a new feature appears (like word
completing in the combo boxes). The next 5 days is not time enough, so I
think they could be jotted down as "known bugs" and begin work for 4.2.
