more changes to run stuff (xffm)

I've made all run functions (double-click, open-with, run) use stuff
like:

program %s something_else

or

"/path/with spaces/program" "(something, %s)" something_else

o plain 

program %s

What xffm will do is put the selected path where the %s is.
If you use the remember option, it will also work on double click.

This is for xffm-3.92.460, which should be available to anon-cvs at
8-July-03-20:00 CDT (9-July-03-03:00 GMT).

Also fixed is a small memory allocation bug in xffm-3.92.450  which
could cause crash YMMV.

I hope this is the last thing previous to 4.0
