Small oddity with gtk-xfce-engine

Hi.

I noticed a small oddity with gtk-xfce-engine themes, progress
bars, as used for the mixer plugin, can have visual artifacts 1px
outside the bar's borders. This doesn't happen with other engines and
doesn't seem to be caused by the 'smooth borders' setting, as I could
reproduce it with every XFce theme. (See http://p.plskthx.org/.ggnp/hum2.png
