Session manager in CVS

Hey everybody,

With 0.0.20, the session manager finally made its way into xfce's CVS
repository. Because of the Anoncvs 24hrs delay, I uploaded the
imported version here:

(The MoeSpecial tarball was also updated).

In addition the update-xfce script was updated by Jaime to install
xfce4-session as well.

Note to translators: The strings are "quite" stable now (atleast they
did not break hourly :-), so you're welcome to send me your
translations now.
