New Debian unstable packages?

Well, if I was him I'd just wait for the 4.0 release. I suppose he must
have better things to do than package Xfce4 every two weeks.

If it make s you feel better, it certainly looks like we should release
4.0 by Jul 15th and I suppose debian packages will appear soon after
that.
