session manager again

Hi Benedikt:

Thanks for getting a (beta) session mgr for testing. XFce
is just not the same without one. :)
However, after ./configure, it won't make. 
It gets to here and hangs a little bit:

I tried the 0.11 and it died the same way:

This is a Linux2.4.x-SMP using MDK 9.0 system.  For what
it's worth _all_ the targz for XFce4 Beta2 compiled w/out
problems and I am running XFce4-beta2 now.

Need anything?
