Segfault & Problem to compile xfprint

Hi,

first thanks to all developers who made xfce4, it works great together
with Rox.

I have two problems with the newest cvs-tarball.

(1) If I try to compile xfprint4, I get the message

ja.po:102:58: invalid multibyte sequence
ja.po:103:2: invalid multibyte sequence
ja.po:103:3: invalid multibyte sequence
ja.po:283:52: invalid multibyte sequence
ja.po:283:53: invalid multibyte sequence
ja.po:284:2: invalid multibyte sequence
/usr/bin/msgfmt: found 6 fatal errors

I don't really need japanese, so I removed all japanese po's and gmo's
from my makefile and was able to compile xfprint4, so it is not really
a problem but maybe someone could clean it up, or do I need newer versions
of some programs?

(2)

Normally xfce4-iconbox is running without any problems, but if I
open xfce4-run or fbrun (fluxbox's run-utility) and hit on cancel
or close the window xfce4-iconbox segfaults. Here is the backtrace
from gdb:
