Testing on 64bit AlphaStation

Hi!

Just FYI, I'm compiling beta 2 on NetBSD/alpha to see if the code is
64 bit clean. I'll let you know when I'm done, the only problem is
that I have only 64 MB RAM and a slow disk while some modules require
quite a much memory during compilation...

I'm pretty sure you can imagine how the disk is spinning and making
some noise in this case :-)
