C'mon, gimme a break. The functionality is not different, you can still shade
the windows, either by using the shade button or the menu entry or double click
on the title bar if you assign double click to that action.

xfwm4 is a lot more themable than xfwm, and some theme have no menu button (see
b5 or b6 for example). There must be a way to access the menu for such themes.
the left mouse button is assigned to this functionality. FYI, metacity and kwin
work the same.
