xfdesktop (small) additions

Hi all,

I've added 2 png images to xfdesktop so that we can rely on the files
being present.

I've also tweaked the default config (the one that is used when run for
the first time) so that the default look like this :

http://www.xfce.org/archive/xfce4default.png

The backdrop is made of a 'relatively) small png image centered, the
rest of the background being made of a solid color.
