xfce-mcs-manager doesnt compile

hi,

i have some trouble by compiling xfce-mcs-manager.
as written in the documentation i followed up the instructions to
execute ldconfig after installing each module. in addition i have
included /usr/local to /etc/ld.so.conf. i also tried autogen.sh but had
no success.

at the moment i have successfully installed:
1.  libxfcegui4
2.  libxfce4mcs


i got the following message when i call make:
