Chinese translation

Hello! 

Thank your guys for your great work! I enjoy the XFce 4 desktop very
much! I am trying to find a way to do something for it, so here comes:

I made the Chinese po files for xfwm4 and xfce-mcs-manager. They work 
here at least. Olivier, can you check them in?
