xffm update

Hi everybody.

I just got the monitor function right (third bugkilling try). So I've
finally commited it to CVS in a operational mode. Now xffm will keep
track of directories modified by other processes similar to xftree.
Instead of excluding directories from automatic update when they have
over 1K entries, the more rational xffm excludes them when adding the
entries to the treeview exceeds 2 seconds (not counting time for
expanding). I also fixed several bugs which were affecting the refresh
function, in particular for the bookmarks. I guess the bug reported by
Olivier is now fixed (if not, at least others were).
