focus follows mouse

Chuck,

In xfwm4 settings, "Keyboard and focus" tab, select :

* Focus follow mouse
* Automatically gice focus to newly created windows
* Automatically raise windows when they receive focus
  (you can adjust the delay)

And unselect :

* Raise windows when clicking inside application window
