What's up with xfce4 today...

Hi all,

* I've added a new setting for xfwm4 title font, along with the gui for
xfwm4 mcs plugin. Users can now choose the title bar font from a font
selection dialog.

* I fixed a small bug in title_alignment from mcs setting that was
causing sometimes the wrong title alignment

* I've added a new function to libxfcegui4 :
  GdkPixbuf *inline_icon_at_size(const guint8 *data, int width, int
height);
  that takes inline data and returns a scaled GdkPixbuf. I use this
everywhere in my code so it's good to have it in libxfcegui4

* libxfcegui4 is now version 0.0.12 and both xfce-mcs-manager and xfwm4
require this latest version
