xfdeskmenu update

Hi all,

Botsie I hope you don't mind I updated your module without asking.

Default compilation is now using gtk2; use --enable-gtk1 to use gtk1
(which makes no sense really unless it's the only way you can make this
program work).

I also install a system config file that will be read if there is no
~/.xfdeskmenurc file.
