I just performed a fresh checkout of libxfce4mcs and when running 
./configure it terminated with this error:
config.status: creating plugins/keyboard_plugin/Makefile
config.status: creating plugins/mouse_plugin/Makefile
config.status: error: cannot find input file: 
plugins/mouse_plugin/Makefile.in
