mcs preference plugins

Hi all,

I've added a keyboard and mouse preference plugins to mcs (see
screenshot at http://www.xfce.org/archive/mcs-preference.png)

The mouse accel/threshold and left/right handed settigns don't work
here, but I guess it's rather an issue with the X server because neither
do gnome-mouse-properties nor xfmouse4 (which is now deprecated, but
used to work okay)

So please try it and see if you have better chance :)
