Xinerama

Hello,

I've changed libxfcegui4 to disable Xinerama support by default. This is
because there are quite a lot of plattforms that doesn't have a shared
libXinerama installed by default, which causes several problems to
occure during linking of for example the mcs-plugins. So if you want
to have Xinerama support, you need to supply --enable-xinerama to
configure in libxfcegui4.

I'll try to figure out how to workaround the problem for the affected
plattforms (one workaround for now would be to create a shared libXinerama
from the libXinerama.a).

regards,
Benedikt
