The CVS module you want is gtk-xfce-engine-2.
It also appears you don't have any gtk themes installed. You will at
least want to install the gtk-engines-2 package from your distro or
manually and then look at art.gnome.org for some nice gtk themes. There
are probably more location, like freshmeat.net where you can look.
