dbh and xffm autoconf/automake

Hi Benedikt,

Since you are now our "official GNU auto tools expert" (and it's clear
that you have a much better experience with those tools than all of us
together ;), it would be great if you could take a look at dbh and xffm
build scripts.

I'm having troubles with those...

PS: If you want a CVS access, just provide me with your sourceforge
account name and I'll add you to the list of developpers.
