Ok, problem fixed by running autogen.sh but now I found a new problem:
- - lett say I get into the Settings Manager and change some, then the settings 
of Desktop Margins are lost so every time I need to renew the settings of it
( I use value 50 for left side becauze I like the vertical panel )
