Oh, BTW, it seems there are some autogen.sh scripts that scan the
configure.in for AM_PROG_LIBTOOL before running libtoolize. However we
mostly use AC_PROG_LIBTOOL, which is now the prefered macro according to
the libtool manual (AM_* is depreacted). I will try to fix these.
