misplaced compiler flags in pkgconfig files

Hello again,

In addition, the Libs section should include -Wl,-R${libdir} to ensure
correct ELF library path handling. So all the three *.pc.in files need
to be altered to have a Libs:-line like this:

Libs: -Wl,-R${libdir} -L${libdir} ...
