Application-specific xfwm4 configurations

Is there a way to assign application-specific settings
for xfwm4? For example, I would like to make gkrellm2
sticky. Since it doesn't have a titlebar (which is a
good thing), I can't "sticky it". It would be nice to
have a GUI to do this rather than the old config file
editing of xfce3. Mayby a "settings" link can be
provided from within xftaskbar4 and/or xfdesktop.
