xfrun enhancement

Attached is a patch to xfrun that allows the user to pass it a directory
name instead of a command name. If "Run in terminal" is checked then it
starts an xterm in that directory, if not then it starts xffm at that
directory.
The implementation of the terminal version isn't very pretty as I couldn't
find a way of saying start an xterm here other than using chdir to get to
"here" and then starting the terminal.
I can't say it's that well tested -- it still gives a sensible error when
the target's not found at all and it seems to still work for real
commands.
If it looks useful, please incorporate it.
