Anybody else experiencing crashes ?

Yes, you are right Olivier, all GTK2 apps I tried to start didn't even show up at the
taskbar. They are all sort of dieing while starting.

Olivier, I think this bug needs to be reported to the developers. Could you do that?

PS: Gkrellm2 starts ... and I'm recompiling all the GTK2 components to see if something
did disturb the usuall update last night
