scripts added to xfce-utils

Hi all, 

I just added xfterm4, xflock4 and xfmountdev4 to the xfce-utils module.
I intend to use these from the panel at least. They are basically copies
from the xfce3 versions.

Other scripts that may be useful, but are not in the module (yet):

o xfhelp -- probably in adapted form. We need a bit of clarity on the
  available doc first I think.

o startxfce (, xfce_setup, xfce_remove)
