trash plugin removed

Hi all, 

Today, in my ongoing effort to get the panel in a releasable state, I
cleaned up the code of the clock and mailcheck plugins a bit. And I
decided to remove the trash plugin.

If I had wanted to use the xffm trashcan it would mean adding a
dependency on libdbh, but more importantly I couldn't see an easy way to
move files to the trash that are dragged on the icon.

I won't remove the icons just yet, because I still hope that I or
somebody else finds a way to implement this nicely, but right now I want
to focus on getting things in shape for a beta release.
