Read config before new ?

Well, I thought of reading it during create_control, but ... I think 
I'll just re-set the label and keyboard layout when it is loaded.

Well, I didn't know of it - I also wanted to do something that wasn't 
done yet, to refresh/obtain new c skills and to have it xfce-native :)
